In most cases you will be given a choice of delivery options when you are placing your order, each with an estimate of delivery time in 'working days'. We use the standard definition of a working day as being any day that is not a weekend or UK public holiday, coupled with an order cut-off time of 3:00pm. For example, if you place an order on a Friday before 3:00pm and select 'next working day' delivery you will receive your goods on Monday as that is the next 'working day'. Should your order be placed after 3:00pm it may not be processed until the following working day, so an order placed at 6pm on a Friday and with 'next working day' delivery would be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Similarly, we are unable to dispatch goods on weekends and public holidays. For example, place an order on a Saturday choosing 'next working day' delivery and it will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. In this example, if the Monday happened to be a public holiday then the order would be processed on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.
UK Mainland Delivery
Depending on the goods ordered and delivery option selected, your order will be sent using either Royal Mail or a courier service such as DPD or Interlink. The parcel(s) may need to be signed for.
The delivery options available for your order will depend on the goods ordered and will be shown during the checkout stage for you to select the delivery timescale and cost that suits you best.
Delivery Guide: Place orders by 3:00pm to be processed to the following timescales.

Highlands & Islands: Next Day and Express Delivery may not be available for all areas, including remote parts of Scotland, the Isle of Mann and the Channel Islands. The available options will be displayed in the checkout based on the delivery postcode.
Multiple Items: Orders containing more then one item can occasionally incur extra delivery charges. If this happens the charge will be shown in the checkout before you complete the order.
Sales Channels: Orders place on 3rd-party websites such as Amazon and Ebay may be subject to different delivery charges and timescales. Please check the info shown when placing your order on that channel.
In all cases, please contact us before posting anything back to us so we can log the return and advise on the best course of action.
Goods No Longer Required
If your order no longer meets your requirements you may return the item(s) and upon receipt a refund for the product(s) only (excluding postage costs) will be issued, subject to the item being returned in its original condition. Goods need to be returned within 30 days of your order being delivered and we will need to be notified in advance that an item is being returned. In this case the customer will cover return postage costs.
Upon receipt of returned goods we will refund to the original payment source within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, saleable condition.
We would recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Should the item(s) arrive in a damaged or faulty state, or if you recieve an item that was not what you ordered, please let us know so we can resolve the issue. In this case we are happy to provide a refund or replacement. If the original item needs to be returned to us we will let you know and provide a pre-paid return postage label.
